They have the following features in place:

  • 24 x 7 CCTV Surveillance at their offices.
  • 24 x 7 – Building Security guard.
  • Biometric system for individual recognition and tracking.
  • Use of RDP security systems to access client systems.
  • The server and office machines have the USB ports disabled. So the employees cant use USB drives.
  • No use of phones and laptops within the company premises and no access to personal emails and social networking sites from work computers.
  • As per ISO 27001:2007, phone usage is permitted only outside our premises during office hours.
  • Regular monitoring of systems.
  • Controlled data transfers and file access for employees.
  • VPNs are used for connection to the server from the office machines.
  • Uploads and downloads are disabled outside the permitted channels.
  • Many websites are blocked, and personal data is not allowed to be stored without permission.
  • BOX and AWS services are utilized for software and data transfers, which are highly secure and GDPR compliant.
  • Our employees computers are effectively no more than a keyboard and a screen.
  • Any data that is saved locally is saved on the server.
  • Passwords are only saved on the sever and are hidden to all employees. This means employees cannot access any of your systems from private devices.
